The ArtDesign Apartments are a gem
The ArtDesign Apartments are a gem on a somewhat private side street close to the Colosseo. The Cavour subway station is at the west end of the street. We rented the full accommodations for six people for four nights. A portion of the apartment could be rented separately and would be made private by a series of doors. The apartment was PERFECT in every way for our stay, and I am a particular tenant who does not hesitate to point out even minor flaws. The design and construction are first-class, and innovative for its use of space and location "within" a larger structure. Be aware that there are a few steps down into the living area of the apartment, and a half-flight of stairs up to the area which contains two very large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a separate seating area (stairs are a common occurrence in Rome, even in subway stations with no escalators, so be prepared if this is an issue for you). Although we did not meet in person, Roberto was a gracious host, grazie mille!
Beautiful apartment
Beautiful apartment. We stayed in four different apartments as we traveled through Europe and this was definitely our favorite. It is a great location that is about a ten minute walk from the colosseum and Roman forum. Inside it had a ton of natural light and all new fixtures. The decor was cute and definitely provided a vibe for the city it was in. We would definitely stay there again. Bathrooms were good. Water pressure and temperature was great. The hosts were excellent and communicative.
Wonderful apartment
Some family members and I recently had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful apartment during our trip to Rome, and we can’t recommend it highly enough! The apartment is extremely stylish, clean and well-appointed, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.The location is fantastic, with easy access to all the major Roman sites—everything we wanted to see was just a short or reasonable walk away. The pictures on the website truly reflect the beauty of the space, and we were not disappointed upon arrival.Communication with the owner was excellent, making the reservation and check-in/check-out process seamless. It really added to the overall positive experience.I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rome and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect apartment based in this incredible city.
