“Trastevere n. 5 apartment” can ospitate up to 4 people: 2 double bedrooms, kitchen, living room with dinner table, one bathroom. Located in a 70’s condominium in a quiet street of Trastevere. Furnished with design furniture and contemporary art, it is independent home overlooking a green courtyard and it is very quiet and a short distance from the heart of the neighborhood, full of shops, bars, restaurants and public transport. Smart Tv, Fast Wi-Fi, AC, Central Heating. 

Please note:

• The rental is intended for residential use only. No parties or event of any kind are permitted.
• We meet personally our guests at check-in from 3pm till 8pm to provide all the useful information about the accommodation and the city. Self-check-in is not available.
• Central Heating operating hours: 6/9am-12/2pm-7/10pm.
• Only guests booked on the platform can stay (other unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight). In case of change (more or less guests) it is mandatory to notify the property
• we need to receive the passport of all guests by the day before arrival, for the mandatory transmission of data to the National Security Authority

EXTRA FEES In agreement with the property, it is possible to arrange some additional services, with an extra fee:

• to book your transfer from the airport or train station. Please indicate at the property your flight/train number to get a quote. The cost is to be paid directly to the driver
• to arrange an extra cleaning every 4 days (cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom and change of linen); the cost is to be paid directly to the cleaning person
• to organize an early or late check-in or late checkout, only if available, there are additional costs: ask to the property to receive a quote; the cost is to be paid directly to the reception staff.

No car needed. With a small walk you can reach the bars and shops of Trastevere (5min) or city center (10min) With 2 minutes walk you can reach public transport: Tram "8" to Piazza Venezia, the center of Rome and Trastevere train station (with trains to airport); Tram "3" to Circo Massimo, Palatino hill and Colosseo. Bus "H" and "75" to Termini Station, main train station. For Vatican Museum tram "8" with Bus "23" or "492".
